First and foremost, my job is to take care of people -it's all about you, however, here's a bit about me: I joined Century 21 Signature Real Estate in 2021 and the Megan Mitchum + CO Team in 2022, after an 18 year career working with some of the nations most notable and respected home builders and community developers worldwide. I have always had a curious disposition, a helpful nature and a desire to explore, create, recreate and reimagine just about everything. Some of my favorite questions are “What about?”, “What if?” and “Why not?” My enthusiasm is often called contagious and inspiring. I’ll gladly own that. I know how challenging buying and selling a home can be. My mission is take away those stressors and create an enjoyable, and even fun experience as we embark on an exciting journey selling your home and/or finding you a new one. I am committed to your ultimate happiness and satisfaction. I want you to Love Where You Live. My love of places and exploration can be seen in my life’s journey. I was born in Ohio, grew up in suburban Philadelphia, attended Emerson College in Boston and lived in California for 30 years before moving to Iowa to be close to family. I enjoy traveling and have checked off a number of destinations! I am a husband and proud father of three – including twins! I’m a tree-hugging recycler that loves getting out and about at community events, festivals and gatherings. I love spending a summer day on a lake and snow skiing during the winter. Thai food makes me happy and a good west coast IPA even happier. I’m very impressed with the Iowa Craft Brew scene!
