As a licensed five-star rated real estate professional with JPW Realty, I specialize in helping individuals with their real estate needs. After graduating from college, I jumped right into the business world and have successfully worked in the financial industry for over 20+ years collaborating with individuals from peers to executive level. Listening, caring, communicating, research and analytics are all important tools that I used to help me guide my clients in the best possible direction. My core values of truthfulness and candid advice have helped me create strong relationships with those who I represent. One of the truths that I hold most dear is that honesty is always best practice – it’s not about the sale, it’s truly about making my clients happy. That is why I stand by my clients providing support from the beginning to the end and beyond. I am also a certified Bankruptcy Specialist and have the resources to help my clients sell their home while in bankruptcy and avoid foreclosure which is detrimental to an individual’s credit. Additionally, I am a Certified Knock agent which allows me to help my clients purchase a new home without being contingent on selling their current home right away. This can be a great option for many buyers and will help avoid the monotony of dealing with perpetual cleaning and hectic showing schedules. I am very personable and open and really enjoy helping others with their real estate needs. Some personal facts about me – I am happily married with three wonderful children. I love animals and spending time in northern Minnesota. My hobbies include fitness, health, volunteering, and reading many types of books, everything from fiction to the latest in real estate trends.
