Native of the Brainerd Lakes Area, I’ve been fortunate to raise my four children here and build a lifelong knowledge of our lakeshore market—especially the Gull Lake chain. Real estate runs in my family, and with more than 25 years in the industry (including 10 years as a Certified Residential Property Appraiser), I bring deep local expertise and true market insight. I own and lead the KavLand Real Estate Team | LPT and operate KavLand Designs, a design and staging business. I also invest in local real estate and manage rentals, including short-term properties in the lakes area. My background as an entrepreneur in health and wellness, coupled with a BA in Exercise Science and Sports Management, gives me the energy, discipline, and client-first focus to go above and beyond for every client. A member of the National Association of Realtors and the Minnesota Association of Realtors, I’ve served on the Greater Lakes Association of Realtors Board—chairing Strategic Planning and serving on Governmental Affairs. I’m an award-winning agent in the top 5% locally and was named Agent of the Year in 2014, 2015, 2020, 2021, and 2025; nationally recognized in the top 10% for lead-to-sale conversion. I specialize in helping clients buy, sell, invest, design, and build in the Brainerd Lakes Area. In my spare time I enjoy the outdoors, sports, and time with family and friends.
