I’m a full-time Tennessee-licensed Realtor® with Hurd Realty, proudly serving home buyers and sellers across Northeast Tennessee, including Johnson City, Jonesborough, Kingsport, and the Tri-Cities area. With nearly a decade of real estate experience, I provide trusted local expertise, clear communication, and proven strategies that deliver results—whether you’re buying your first home, upgrading, downsizing, or selling your property. For buyers, I offer in-depth market knowledge of Northeast Tennessee, strong negotiation skills, and personalized home searches to help you find the right property at the right value. For sellers, I combine professional marketing, high-quality real estate photography, and strategic pricing to help your home stand out, attract qualified buyers, and sell quickly. My goal is to make every real estate transaction smooth, successful, and stress-free. Before becoming a Realtor®, I earned two engineering degrees from Virginia Tech and spent 14 years at Cummins Engine Company, where I developed the detail-oriented, analytical approach I now bring to each client relationship. Now in my 10th year as a Realtor®, I’m proud to be known for integrity, professionalism, and results throughout Northeast Tennessee. When I’m not helping clients, you’ll find me enjoying lake days in East Tennessee, listening to 80s rock, playing pool, or spending time with my husband of more than 25 years, our two young adult children, and our spoiled cats.
